Ultimate Dubs 2023

Here we go again, the 2023 show season officially started for us with a trip down to Telford for Ultimate Dubs.

Thankfully the weather played ball, it was cold, the snow had melted and stayed up north, giving everyone a chance to bring out their winter builds.

As before the standard of cars on display was top-notch, with the highlight for us seeing Tom Clarke from Meguiar’s MK2 Golf build. Over from the Meguiar’s stand were a few builds we’ve been watching on YouTube and are keen to see.

Raj from Car Audio Security with his fleet of slammed BMWs, now we know the show is called Ultimate Dubs, but it is really open to all German brands.

Raj’s new wheels have transformed the 840. Built by Ellie at Voodoo Motorsport combined with the custom Airlift air ride.

Tom Clarke’s MK2 16v is going to be a ripper when all the custom parts turn up. Delivery delays stopped the engine to be fully plumbed in before the show.

Stillstatic twist on the MK8 Golf GTI. The new shape is slowly growing on us, the drop and wheels is really helping.
